The seven main orishas, ​​also known as the seven African powers, are:

ELEGUA.- The most important orisha since it is the one that opens and closes the paths and offers happiness or misfortune to human beings.

OGGÚN.- It is another of the warrior orishas, ​​it is represented by iron, since it is the orisha of strength, work and effort.

CHANGÓ.- He is also a warrior orisha, brother of the previous two, and is the most popular of all. He commands thunder, drums, justice and represents virility.

OBBATALÁ.- He is the oldest orisha, the most respected, he is the creator of the earth, of human dreams, and is considered the origin of everything that exists on the planet and of most African deities.

YEMAYÁ.- Deity that is considered the mother of all children on earth and the owner and lady of the seas, queen of salt waters. She is associated with everything related to motherhood.

OSHÚN.- Queen deity of fresh waters, streams, rivers and springs, is associated with everything related to beauty, love and fertility.

ORULA.- Orisha also known as Orunmila, is the brother of Changó and is known as the orisha of divination and wisdom. He is the benefactor of all humanity to whom he offers his wise advice.
