Prices

All products are listed in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

This tax will not apply in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

If any other tax is applicable, it will be indicated (IGIC or IPSI).

The prices shown inEsoteric Store Palantir(hereinafter T.E.Palantir), may be reviewed and modified if conditions require it at any time.

Payment methods

All purchases can be paid with:

  • Cash on delivery (ONLY AVAILABLE IN SPAIN - IBERIAN PENINSULA)

As of 10/01/21, this payment method is only available to customers who have already received an order using this payment method without incident. Not available on the first order of new customers, nor for customers who did not accept a cash on delivery at the time. Since a return of this type of shipment entails significant costs related to shipping and returning the package. We reserve the right to perform additional checks on the information provided by the customer when placing the order before accepting this type of payment. If we do not accept it, the customer will be offered the option to change the payment method or cancel the order.

The fee associated with cash on delivery is €3.80. It's very important that you make sure you have the money ready for delivery. This is the most economical way. Our details for making the deposit or transfer will be provided to you upon order confirmation.

If you have chosen the Payin7 deferred payment method, the delivery period for your order will begin when the financial institution confirms payment (normally 24 hours after confirming the order). The customer will always know the delivery date via the email we will send them.

The invoice for your order will be available in your "Customer Area" from the moment you confirm your order. From there, you can download it as many times as you like. However, if you would like a paper invoice, you can let us know by emailing clientes@yasminterapias.es and we will send it to you.

Billing information will be used solely for shipping the purchased product(s). This information will not be used for commercial purposes nor will it be shared with third parties.

Warranty

Customers ofT.E.Palantir benefit from the guarantee given on the articles.

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or manipulation of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use are not covered by this warranty.

Any loss of functionality due to design limitations is also excluded from this warranty.

The product sheets that appear on the website are prepared based on the information provided to us by the manufacturers of the products.T.E.Palantir will not be held responsible for any discrepancies due to differences in these characteristics if they are attributable to the manufacturer or supplier of the product.

Order Delivery

Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be shipped using the courier companies best suited to the type of shipment and destination, chosen from those offering the best service.

The delivery of the order will be made to the address freely designated by the user. ThusT.E.PalantirAssumes no liability when delivery is not made as a result of the information provided being false, inaccurate, or incomplete, or when delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the transport company, such as the absence of the recipient.

If you notice any damage or defects in the package you received, you must report it before signing the shipping receipt. Once you have opened the package, you must verify that the condition of the merchandise is correct. With regard to non-intra-community international shipments, T.E.Palantir will not be liable for any expenses that may arise due to delays in delivery attributable to the relevant customs procedures. Such delays, if they occur, will not be grounds for unilateral cancellation of the order by the customer. In the event that such cancellation is authorized by T.E.Palantir, the customer will assume the shipping and return costs, as well as any other costs related to the return of the order.

Shipping and Delivery Time

PALANTIR ESOTERIC STORE (hereinafter T.E.Palantir) will ship orders to mainland Spain, including Portugal and Andorra, and the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. We also ship international orders to countries within the European Union. For destinations other than those indicated, please inquire in advance.

Delivery time is 24/48 hours on business days and to the Spanish mainland. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the delivery time will begin once we have received proof of payment. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. will be counted as received the next business day. Orders will be shipped directly fromT.E.Palantir through its logistics operators.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Rates vary depending on weight and destination country. Upon completion of your order and before confirming it, the shipping cost amount will appear in your shopping cart.

Salt and selenite lamps will incur an additional shipping charge of €1.00 due to excess weight. This charge is not included for "mini" USB lamps.

These amounts are assumed for packages that do not include bulky items such as salt lamps and whose total weight does not exceed 2 kg. For higher weights, Yasmin will contact the customer to arrange shipping terms.

For purchases over €55, shipping costs are FREE for the customer (mainland Spain only).

Likewise, we are not responsible for additional expenses or refunds as a result of special taxes at destination, customs or similar.

Shipping to the USA

Products that are not permitted under current legislation will not be shipped. Therefore, products such as perfumes, colognes, baths, sprays, etc. are excluded from sale and shipping. Please contact us with any questions. These orders will be reviewed before shipment is processed.

Delivery times for the various available shipping methods are estimated from the time the merchandise leaves our facilities, which generally occurs between 24 and 48 hours after payment is confirmed. However, we will always attempt to ship items as quickly as possible. If an item has a different shipping time, this will be indicated on the item's information sheet. Orders placed on weekends, from Friday at 1:00 PM, will be processed on the following business day.

All orders are processed strictly in the order they are received and sent in a single shipment, except in cases where the customer requests multiple shipments. In these cases, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with each shipment.

However, due to stock shortages or reasons not attributable to us, the availability of a product may change. Customers will be informed of this by email or telephone.

These deadlines are indicative and T.E. PalantirReserves the right to delay them for reasons beyond the company's control (weather conditions, transport strikes, etc.). In any case, we will always try to shorten shipping times as much as possible to ensure a quick and efficient reception of orders. During certain periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), slight delays in shipping may occur, of whichT.E.Palantir is not responsible as they are produced by external companies that have their own logistics in which T.E.Palantir cannot influence or manage.

The unavailability of all items in an order does not imply cancellation or annulment of the order. Any cancellation or annulment of orders that are within the delivery timeframe and have been requested by the buyer will incur a €3 processing fee, which will be charged to the customer. To this amount, we will add the costs of return shipping, if the order has been shipped.

In case of lack of stock of a product requested in an order, if said product does not have a new entry date in the store, T.E.Palantir reserves the right to cancel the same, notifying the customer of such circumstance and refunding the amount paid, using the same payment method chosen by the customer in the original transaction.

The prices of the products on this website are subject to changes determined by their respective distributors or manufacturers.

Stocks of certain products are limited, and their appearance on the website does not imply immediate availability.

Promotions and Discounts

All promotions and discounts offered on our website apply exclusively to the value of the product or service. Shipping costs are always excluded from discounts or promotions, unless expressly stated. Offers, discounts, or promotions offered on the website cannot be combined with each other.

If no one is available to receive the package at the specified delivery address, a notice will be left with a phone number that you must call to confirm a delivery time. The shipping agency will store your package in its warehouse for 7 days before returning it to our facilities.

Right of Withdrawal

According to applicable regulations, if you are contracting as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract at any time.within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

You may prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal in any form admitted by law, and it will be considered validly exercised by sending a return form thatyou can download from our website. Once the form is printed, the customer must complete it and attach it to their return.

The returned merchandise must be sent in perfect condition and, if possible, in its original packaging. The customer will be responsible for delivering the merchandise to the seller's address.

Multimedia products (tarot cards, books, diaries, calendars, etc.), esoteric products, and products ordered "on request" are not eligible for return.

As for minerals and stones, being natural pieces, they may present slight imperfections inherent to their nature, and therefore will not be considered product defects. If the customer wishes to return the product, this return will be governed by the general conditions and, therefore, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.

The direct costs incurred by the return will be paid by the customer. The amount paid by the customer for shipping costs (round trip) will not be refundable.

Once the return has been received, after reviewing the merchandise and ensuring that everything is correct, the purchase amount will be refunded within a maximum period of fourteen days from receipt of the returned merchandise.

Whenever the return is due to defects in the product, and said defects have been reported within the stipulated period, T.E.Palantir assumes the shipping costs incurred for the return. You can replace it or exchange it for other items.

For partial returns of orders that have received a promotional discount, the discount will be adjusted so that it is only applied to the portion of merchandise not returned.

In all cases, the refund amount to be paid will be issued in the same manner as the payment was made, except in the case of cash-on-delivery payments, in which case the refund will be made by bank transfer.

If the merchandise shows damage as a result of shipping, remember to process your claim as soon as possible. You will be required to provide proof of the damaged product before the corresponding refund or exchange can be issued, and it is essential to indicate on the carrier's delivery note that any dents or damage to the box or packaging are observed.
